This can be a surprise change after all the pastas and pizzas- Good quality sushi, sashimi was excellent and not stringy, with enough choice for a small place like Orvieto, but do not expect world class high end sushi - if you want that you must go to Domo or Oishi in Rome. But this is a bargain for the good quality and the All-u-can-eat option.Staff attentive and on point. Try to go early. Very surprised to see the place nearly full mid week on a Wednesday.
