The burgers are great, the beers are interesting. The place is nice and well decorated. The staff is welcoming, professional and very attentive to service.

Close to the center of Parma this excellent hamburger restaurant offers various choices including vegetarian/vegan with the possibility of customizing your own hamburgers. The price is a little high but justified by the excellent quality offered. Kind and helpful staff

I had a GLUTEN-FREE hamburger, with a pleasant flavor. I opted for the modular option and added: Beef burger. Cooked rare. Tender meat. Excellent flavor. No cheese. As a side dish I had a simple salad.

Excellent sandwiches, very good selection of beers, superb quality raw materials treated with expert care. Fantastic service, professional but at the same time very friendly, Ludovica is super. Careful, warm and welcoming environment.

What can we say, we ended up by chance... we discovered a place out of the ordinary... a very playful atmosphere with extravagant and playful furnishings with some very interesting elements... the friendliness, friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff... the food was excellent (you can play with composing your own sandwich) and the quality of the ingredients... truly recommended to spend a different evening than usual... the highlight was the salted caramel cheesecake cube (moving).... the bill was definitely adequate and much cheaper than others... especially for what you get it's eaten....see you again next year at the Copa Crozada tournament organized by Parma calcio....well done, keep it up 💪💪💪

18/07/2025: We ate lunch outside, and a lovely breeze refreshed our meal. The service was excellent and fast. The dishes were simple but very good. Perfect for summer. The wine list is also good, with excellent Lambruscos.

Retrogusto

16/07/2025: Retrogusto in Fornovo is a true gem, both as a pizzeria and as a seafood restaurant. The pizzas are excellent, with a well-crafted, light, and easily digestible dough and a selection of quality ingredients. But the real strength, in my opinion, is the seafood: carefully prepared dishes, the freshest ingredients, and never boring pairings. The seafood appetizers, first courses, and second courses are always beautifully presented and expertly cooked, without overpowering the flavors. Each dish has its own identity, and the attention to detail is evident. The desserts are also top-notch, perfect for a non-heavy finish to the meal. The restaurant is modern, well-decorated, and welcoming. The staff is professional, courteous, and able to offer excellent recommendations on both dishes and wines. The quality/price ratio is also excellent for the quality of the offerings. A place where you can eat truly well, perfect for both a pizza with friends and a more refined seafood dinner. Highly recommended!
12/07/2025: Dinner before the Punkreas concert at the end of May, fast and no-frills service, young and friendly staff, shame about the outskirts, not very recommendable especially in the evening
