The place isn't very large, but it's welcoming and well-decorated; they're impeccable. Excellent sandwiches, with clever combinations and, above all, top-quality ingredients. Highly recommended; I'll definitely be back. Congratulations.

The food was okay and could be improved. The staff was friendly, but perhaps a little unorganized when it came to reporting ingredient/beverage availability on Saturday evenings—we may have been unlucky, and that can happen. We noticed that ingredients had been removed/added to burgers at our table, as requested, and at other customers' adjacent tables, but we decided not to report it and just adjust. Communication between the waiters and the kitchen could be improved.

Excellent selection of sandwiches. You can customize your sandwich however you like, including gluten-free bread. The place is cute and welcoming.

A great find in my hometown. A beautiful place with exposed brick walls and some truly unique decor. The atmosphere is top-notch, and the service leaves you plenty of space but is attentive if needed. The first thing I noticed was that they brought the beer after 4-5 minutes with a nice head of foam—a great start, a sign they know how to tap their excellent local beer. You can build your own burger, and they'll guide you through it with excellent, fresh ingredients. In hindsight, the only thing I'd recommend is offering a couple of burgers, which are their signature dishes for those who aren't sure. Next time I'm back, I'll gladly return.

On my first hour in Parma, I stopped at this place for lunch. The food is incredibly quick, the selection is vast, and the food is simply delicious. The owner is very friendly and kind, and the place is truly interesting. To top it all off, there's Dino: the mascot dog who welcomes you with a wagging tail!

I went with a friend to this hamburger restaurant considered an institution in Parma, I have to say that I was disappointed by the product, the bread is of a high quality and the meat too, nothing to complain about, but the sandwich had such a quantity of sauce that it covered the flavor of the other ingredients and was indigestible, the meat which should have been medium cooked was rare in both sandwiches, a shame that this excellent product was "ruined", that said nothing to complain about the service and location, the price is in line with the city center, a real shame though, judging on the basis of a single dinner can be hasty, it is worth returning but recommending these two points, if a hamburger restaurant has this reputation there must be a reason and perhaps ours was just bad luck

Fantastic place! Excellent service and delicious burgers! The guy who served us (sorry, I didn't ask his name, my mistake!) was extremely kind and had an amazing sense of humor! Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back!
