Meet Hamburger Gourmet In Parma

On my first hour in Parma, I stopped at this place for lunch. The food is incredibly quick, the selection is vast, and the food is simply delicious. The owner is very friendly and kind, and the place is truly interesting. To top it all off, there's Dino: the mascot dog who welcomes you with a wagging tail!

I went with a friend to this hamburger restaurant considered an institution in Parma, I have to say that I was disappointed by the product, the bread is of a high quality and the meat too, nothing to complain about, but the sandwich had such a quantity of sauce that it covered the flavor of the other ingredients and was indigestible, the meat which should have been medium cooked was rare in both sandwiches, a shame that this excellent product was "ruined", that said nothing to complain about the service and location, the price is in line with the city center, a real shame though, judging on the basis of a single dinner can be hasty, it is worth returning but recommending these two points, if a hamburger restaurant has this reputation there must be a reason and perhaps ours was just bad luck

Fantastic place! Excellent service and delicious burgers! The guy who served us (sorry, I didn't ask his name, my mistake!) was extremely kind and had an amazing sense of humor! Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back!

We tried this place as soon as it opened. The food was almost excellent, good overall. The atmosphere wasn't exactly welcoming, as the space was small and a bit cramped. The self-service service was quite practical.

I agree with all the positive reviews, but honestly, from my point of view, the prices are out of reach. The sandwich is served without any side. With any side added, the sandwich costs over €20. Another thing, considering the service, the €2 cover charge is the icing on the cake! In short, you can't pay €30 for a sandwich, drink, and cover, especially since the sandwiches may be good and the ingredients are high-quality, but I assure you, I've had better ones for a lower price. That said, the owners were incredibly kind and sweet!

Delightful outdoor bistro. Very friendly, youthful, and approachable staff. Delicious food... Quality ingredients, carefully prepared. The idea of being able to create your own sandwich is great. Gluten-free and vegetarian options available.
