I ate at this place for lunch with my partner. I had very high expectations after reading the reviews, and I have to say I was a bit disappointed. A young man (whose name I don't remember) served us, very professional, polite, nice, and helpful. The problem was the food. It wasn't bad at all, but not good enough to justify the prices. We each had a decent appetizer (three meatballs and a tartare). Then my partner had a first course (a kind of carbonara with speck), neither good nor bad, not very tasty. I had a steak that was anything but exceptional, and it was even overcooked for my taste. (I didn't think I'd have to say I wanted my steak rare in a place like this that specializes in meat.) A bottle of wine, among the cheapest, a dessert, and a liqueur. 75 euros per person. It seems really excessive. I would have expected such a high price if the food had been of the highest quality. But unfortunately, the two main courses... both the first course and the steak were decent, 6...6+. The overcooking of the steak in particular weighed on my rating.

We enjoyed a truly fabulous steak here, about 1.2 kg. It was absolutely delicious, so a definite recommendation for steak lovers. Furthermore, the waiter was very friendly and helpful, and we spent a lovely afternoon enjoying the best Aperol I've had in Italy.

Very nice place, good beer selection. Excellent food and very well presented. I tried a truly delicious strawberry cider. The smoked tartare with stracciatella was remarkable. Excellent value for money.

While visiting Pisa, we stumbled upon this place by chance and were drawn in by the inviting menu.
Niccolò served us, and he was incredibly friendly and professional. He recommended both the meat—an 800g cut of Chiarina Granduchessa—EXCELLENT, and the first course: pappardelle with ragù and tagliolini! The Belgian beer was also excellent.
I recommend checking it out and maybe getting some advice from the guys there; they're super knowledgeable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent steakhouse and burger joint on the Arno River in Pisa. We tried all the appetizers on the menu, and they were very good.
The meats are presented by the staff with great skill (you can choose not only the quality but also the degree of aging), and the burgers were also very good: I recommend the Goloso (smoked under a bell). They have a huge selection of beers, which they explain in great detail; I ordered the tasting of five 20cl beers.
Highly recommended, although not exactly cheap.
