An ideal place if you love meat, especially in the now consolidated version of "gourmet sandwiches". The selection of beers and wines is also good, and the staff can advise you on the best pairing.
The only negative note is that it cannot be reached by car, but there are parking lots not too far away outside the ZTL.
I definitely recommend it.

Very hot day, there was no air conditioning and not even some external fans. We had lunch outside and every now and then the smell of sewer arrived. The Florentine steak was very good cooked to perfection, only the little girl's was overcooked. The quality is there. Top craft beers.

T-bone steak
I went with a taste expert, and the cut was really good, and the chicken was well-cooked and crispy
It's a bit pricey, but... . If you eat T-bone steak, I highly recommend it
For drinks, you can taste 5 kinds of beer (draft beer) and order a bottle of wine
There are various types of beer, from lagers to IPAs and stouts
I ordered tartare, and it came with soft cheese and strawberries, so the combination was good
What impressed me was the biramisu made with beer instead of coffee ❤️❤️

First of all, the shop opened 15 minutes later than stated. No problem. We were the first customers. We were asked if we had a reservation... The type of meat we wanted was only available in 700g pieces. Oh well, we changed our minds. The meat was in a 250g Simmental beef fillet, which was OK but not outstanding. We also had special fried potatoes, which were unfortunately very soggy. There was no non-alcoholic beer. A bit of a disappointment when you specialize in meat and beer. We were full, but we wouldn't come again.

So there are pros and cons (minimal but in my opinion impactful) in our experience with this restaurant..
Let's start with my wife's Galletto which in my opinion could have been a little bigger and I would have improved the cooking of the skin in order to make it crispier and therefore more rustic. My mother's fillet served with potatoes was very good but even here the portions were really small. Nothing to say about my ristinciana (soft as butter) and the two Hamburgers served to my father and my son, cooked perfectly and really tasty. The only flaw that I recommend improving are the portions (just a little more) and you have to work on the panzanella which honestly we didn't have at all...for the rest, really good!

Posto consjgliato agli amanti della carne di qualità, personalmente quando ho voglia di una bella costata/fiorentina la cella di frollatura a vista e personale competente che ti accomppagni nella scelta sono requisiti fondamentali e qui ho potuto apprezzarli entrambi
Servizio molto cortese e gentile, consiglio anche gli affettati che sono di alta qualità e ricertezza

Nous sommes venus déjeuner dans ce restaurant en famille (huit personnes). Nous avons mangé à l’extérieur au soleil sur la place sur laquelle se trouvait la terrasse de ce restaurant. Les plats que nous avons choisis étaient de très grande qualité et très frais. L’accueil était exceptionnel et les serveurs ont toujours fait l’effort de communiquer avec nous, ne parlant que très peu italien. Pour couronner le tout, les desserts étaient excellents et fait maison, tout comme tout le reste ! Nous recommandons à 100 %.
