09/09/2025: I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel La Rampina and would like to share my experience, highlighting the quality of the service and the professionalism of the staff.
Special praise goes to Mr. Francesco, who is a key point of reference for guests: always attentive, available, and ready to satisfy requests with a warmth that truly makes the difference. Not to mention his skill in making a cappuccino that, without exaggeration, can be described as "five-star."
Another invaluable figure is Mrs. Luna, who with discretion, kindness, and great dedication ensures impeccable and welcoming environments. The care with which she takes care of both the rooms and the dining room contributes to a serene and pleasant atmosphere.
Also worthy of mention is Mr. Andrea, who stands out for his relaxed yet professional and customer-focused interaction style, demonstrating competence and dedication in his work.
The chef is available and knowledgeable.
The hotel is rated three stars, but this rating should not be interpreted as a limitation. On the contrary, the warm welcome, attention to detail, and quality of service make this stay highly recommended, in line with—and in some respects even exceeding—the expectations of this category.
