A good McDonald's for both food and fast service. Sometimes problems with the salt in the chips but otherwise everything ok.

In my opinion this McDonald's is better than many others in the area in terms of food quality. Fast service and it's a fairly large place too.

In the Turin area it remains one of the best in the chain in terms of service and cuisine, noteworthy for the coffee which is excellent

With takeout, out of 10 times, 8 times there is always something missing from the order. Last order of 41 euros, as always checked on site, 2 Happy Meals and 1 large tea were missing, a value of over 10 euros which with the increases recorded in an exaggerated way does not make you happy especially if you return home without checking. How many times have I received replies like we'll be more careful but she should have checked immediately, without obviously giving you back the missing products. Staff present over 40 years old unprofessional and unhelpful. Another NEGATIVE note to report: Promo WINTERDAY Crispy MC BACON 3 EURO 28 11 2024, quite crowded place at 8.00 pm. Having placed 7 menu orders with 7 drinks, also declared at the counter, I kindly ask for some bags with handles to take the food away, as indicated on the totem. The very annoyed staff, especially the manager, gave me 1 bag and 1 drink holder but told me to put the food and drinks away yourself. I reply ok thank you very much. All this great professionalism and courtesy repeated 4 times causes numerous orders. Definitely need to review the staff with seniority, not suitable for communicating with customers even when the place is not very crowded. NOTE I HAVE BEEN GOING TO MC EVERY WEEK and for over 15 years.
