Ciccio is the best!! Kind and friendly! The best service I've ever received at McDonald's!

I went there for breakfast, strangely enough... considering that the cappuccino wasn't bad, the croissant too, and the menu also included freshly squeezed orange juice, for €3.90 I don't think you can find anything better.

I frequent this store with a certain regularity being a single father with 2 children, usually on Friday evenings we have dinner at the Leinì mc and then we go to play bowling or carom in the building adjacent to the fast food, last Friday as usual unfortunately we could not come because we were at the Bar Mitzvah of my son Gerardo's classmate, so we went on Saturday, and what can I say despite the chaos of Saturday evening the staff was super fast and super professional as always, unfortunately Giorgia who had organized the party for my son was not there, she is very good, we were served at the table by a certain Gioele very polite and kind, while subsequently my youngest son Alibrando had some problems with the order board, he has DSA and was promptly helped by a certain Andrea, a very helpful and kind steward, after our delicious dinner, we headed to the McCafè counter where my children wanted to get some donuts while I wanted to enjoy a nice Moroccan coffee, Matteo was serving us, a super professional and Available, I thought to myself, wow, this coffee is the best, not like that instant coffee my ex-wife used to buy, this guy should be making coffee in Piazza San Carlo, after which we say goodbye to Chiara, our favorite manager, who always welcomes us with a big smile and so much professionalism. As we're walking towards the Bowling Alley, I hear a young man from behind exclaim, "Sir! Sir, stop! Wait a minute for your money wallet, you left it on the counter." I turn and see this Mc Donald's boy with a sly smile, light eyes, powerful legs, and curly blond hair covered by his uniform hat. I think his name was Andrea. He was kind enough to follow us outside to give us our wallet. In my opinion, this place deserves its 5 stars, given both the quality and care with which the products are prepared and packaged, and above all, the professionalism and commitment of the staff. The only flaw is that unfortunately it's been several months since I've seen those two handsome boys who were always ready to satisfy my and my children's requests. If I remember correctly, their names are Fabio and Federico.
