Unfortunately for some time the sandwiches have been made very badly, the fillings that come out of them make it difficult to eat peacefully. (You practically have to reassemble them) Then another problem if you go early in the morning to have breakfast the toilets are always closed and every time there is a different excuse to justify the closure. If a catering service is made available this is unacceptable, also because there may be children who need it.

I don't know if they dribble the food before making reservations and then it is delivered to the diner. One Monday in November, where chaos did NOT reign, my family and I (with a little girl) found ourselves in a rather complicated situation. The Happy Meal that we had asked for for the little girl, with a reservation of carrots and apple, finally arrived with chips and cheese. I ask at the checkout and they tell me that they are finished and that's fine (let us know before delivering). The Cheeseburger, logically made much earlier, seemed to come from the darkest recesses of a waste collection center. The same goes for the Big Mac of another family member. I HAVE WORKED IN A MCDONALD'S IN A LARGE EUROPEAN CAPITAL AND, I CONTINUE TO WORK IN THE RESTAURANTS, I KNOW WHAT IT MEANS TO WORK WITH A PUBLIC THAT THE ONLY THING THEY WANT IS TO FINGE BUT, THIS IS NOT THE WAY WE WORK. Surely some of the staff find themselves working out of economic necessity and not out of the need to grow professionally but, if you don't want to, abandon ship and make room for those who certainly want to treat customers as if they were people.

Fast food typical of the American brand, even if they now deal with many different Italian products. Prices a little high, but in line with all the increases that have complicated Italians' budgets since Covid. For the rest everything was good, well prepared and with fast and effective table service. Well done, keep it up. Ps. If you are a member and do not use the card for 1 year, it is no longer valid, so be careful.
