This location is kept neater and cleaner than the one on Via Trani. Of all the staff, my compliments go to Claudio, who is exceptional! Claudio is helpful, friendly, *PATIENT*, attentive, and you can tell he loves his job and interacting with the public! Well done and thank you!

I decided to have lunch at this restaurant, and I must admit I wasn't disappointed at all. Everything was perfect: from the excellent, hot food to the restaurant itself, which was very well-maintained and exceptionally clean.
The final touch, however, was being served by very welcoming and kind staff.
An experience I absolutely must repeat; I can't wait to go back!! 🥰

Unfortunately, it took a while for the food to arrive, which is unusual for a McDonald's. The burgers were prepared with a careless attitude compared to what you'd expect from a McDonald's. They didn't look particularly good.

A warm hello to all the staff! You were really kind to me and my dog. I only went there for a simple American coffee, nothing special, but you were always smiling and kind—a courtesy that, unfortunately, is often lacking in Milan.

At this McDonald's, they removed salad as an alternative to fries from their menus a few weeks ago (it's not because they're out of stock, but because they're generally unavailable). It doesn't seem like a particularly innovative choice, given that salad would be the healthier option. I hope they bring back the salad alternative to fries.

It's a MC, what more can we say?
The service is average, if we're being strict, the guys are taking it a bit slow. It was 10:00 AM and there were three of us. We waited 10 minutes for two coffees, one toastie, and two bombettes, all still iced in the center.
The place is clean, though, the bathrooms a little less so. But if I go to an MC, I definitely don't expect a gourmet dish or a waiter to open and close the door for me.
