Spacious, quiet, excellent food, and fast service. The disabled restroom is on the ground floor; to reach the other restrooms, you have to climb a long staircase to get to the upper floor. There's a larger dining area than the ground floor, but only young people can easily carry their lunch tray.

I had breakfast on a Saturday morning with friends. The croissants and cappuccino were delicious. The space was spacious, bright, and clean, with the option of eating outside when the weather permitted. The only downsides were the limited and steep parking and the lack of cleaning during business hours, particularly the (unmarked) wet floors, which were truly dangerous. The prices are incredibly low.

Parking is very limited and on a steep slope, not to mention uncomfortable, but the venue itself is perfect. Perfect because it extends over two floors, very large, for the fact that there are sockets for cell phones and also because despite many small realities, the air conditioning was very present in every corner. The food was excellent, I can't give less.
