Let's say everything is normal for McDonald's in general but when you get takeaway, both at the Drive and inside, stop in the parking lot to check that everything is there because 8 times out of 10 something is missing. If you point it out immediately they will replace it, if a few minutes pass (they check the time on the receipt) they tell you that they don't know and they don't care.

Unico in zona ad aver aumentato i prezzi. a da circa dopo l'estate il cibo e diventato sempre più scadente anche la coca cola per non parlare del tost che una volta era ottimo

It's not the first time I've come to Romagnano to have breakfast and I've always had the same problem: the hood is always lukewarm and never nice and hot as a good hood should be.

07/03/2025: Nice place where the best thing is to take advantage of the all you can eat formula of burgers, hot dogs and chips. The food is good, and there is a lot of choice. The place itself is a bit small but welcoming and the staff is very friendly. I definitely recommend it!

27/02/2025: one of the few places in Novara that is family-friendly but also with attention to quality and to those with intolerances.. very kind and professional staff
26/02/2025: I went because I had to go to Novara and a colleague of mine had told me about this place. Pleasant environment, good food, helpful staff. Being inside a commercial park, parking is also very convenient, moreover it is located about seven minutes from the motorway exit. I will definitely go back.
