Zero service, I ordered takeout food, refused the 10-cent bag for takeout, They gave me the drinks on a tray Paper drink holder, I put the trays on my feet and the drinks spilled in the car, but I think it's mandatory to deliver drinks in a paper bag, just like food.

Everything's fine, nothing to complain about the service or food. The only thing that really needs improvement are the POS terminals: some are broken and held together with tape, absolutely unsightly for a place like McDonald's. They should be replaced.

The service is poor. Almost everything is fine! Why are there no towels in the restrooms?? How do I dry my face and hands? I don't want to put my hand and face under the hair dryer.

We witnessed exceptional customer service when we requested a meatless sandwich. The place was crowded, but clean, and the staff were friendly. Special thanks to Serena for preparing a vegetarian menu, and to Elisa for her excellent espressos.

Expensive in the sense that even at the MC you spend a lot with a family and every time something you ordered is always missing, even at the MC drive, and at home you can't complain.
