The service is poor. Almost everything is fine! Why are there no towels in the restrooms?? How do I dry my face and hands? I don't want to put my hand and face under the hair dryer.

We witnessed exceptional customer service when we requested a meatless sandwich. The place was crowded, but clean, and the staff were friendly. Special thanks to Serena for preparing a vegetarian menu, and to Elisa for her excellent espressos.

Expensive in the sense that even at the MC you spend a lot with a family and every time something you ordered is always missing, even at the MC drive, and at home you can't complain.

Buono Meat & Lobster

27/11/2025: A gem, hard to find in downtown Novara, but worth it and completely worth it. A spectacular sandwich; I've had few that were this tasty and good. Divine appetizers; eating here satisfies, fills you up, yet remains light and easy to digest. Everything is positive, everything is wonderful. Thanks, guys.
25/11/2025: Very good burgers and quality products, wide choice on the menu, small but well-kept environment, overall a great place for a different lunch/dinner than usual

Roadhouse

03/10/2025: We arrived at the Roadhouse in Novara at 8:30 PM and didn't receive our food until 9:30 PM, after an excessive wait. The situation was made even more unpleasant by the fact that two people who arrived after us were served first. The staff was clearly understaffed for the peak time. The result was slow and disorganized service, significantly below expectations.
06/09/2025: I recommend changing the photo you show here, because the place is definitely nicer than this
