We celebrated the birthday of my son and his classmate (10 years old), our experience was very positive; Silvia (the operator who took care of the birthday and entertainment) was fantastic, from the first moment she captured the attention of the children by involving them in games and activities, she was kind and available towards us too, and was able to fulfill all our requests with extreme professionalism. The children were happy and we parents were satisfied.

I went and the food was very good, the waiters were very fast and kind, the environment was very relaxing and welcoming

And the second time I found the burnt sandwich, I told the girls they kindly changed it for me, but the result didn't change, the bread was burnt. The manager told me that it is normal in other McDonald's, it has never happened to me.

For the food the usual… clean environment, but what makes me give 5 stars is the kindness of the staff. In particular, the kindness of a certain Silvia, who with a smile was available to change a bottle of water, also taking care of bringing it to room temperature for my daughter. Everyone would have done it, but kindness is rare to see.

Perfect place, tidy and very clean, the kindness and helpfulness of the staff is exceptional, if only they were all like this......
