Long live the MC of Appia Antica... Kind, helpful and qualified staff, always top-notch food

With a background in the industry, I remain critical of this particular restaurant, even though I'm one of those who frequent it regularly. I have no qualms about fast food in general; they may not be to everyone's taste, but you're free to choose whether or not to go. What I do question is the way it's managed; for a popular place, I'd appreciate a more friendly attitude. Therefore, finding someone as kind, helpful, and always smiling as Natalina represents a great added value for this restaurant. She's exactly the person around whom the entire management should be reassessed.

It's a shame about the friendly staff. This McDonald's has had enough of my attempts, and every time I try it again, I get a stomachache for days. I ate the same sandwich at the Policoro location, and the sandwich I had in Mesagne wasn't even close to that kind of quality. The ingredients weren't as fresh as at other stores, the flavor was plasticky and fake, and especially the meat was tasteless and clearly not local. Indigestible!!!

I think it's the most efficient mechanic in the area and, above all, the cleanest. The staff is truly knowledgeable and efficient.

Classic MC Donald's. Food not on par with other MC Donald's (I can't explain why). Also, there is no children's play area as it is inside the commercial area.

As soon as I can I go to McDonald's, every now and then it's necessary

Ate at the table without additional cost, very good margherita, peaceful environment and suitable for families. Thank you.
