McDonald's In Verona

We came here quite late, around 11 PM. There were still people sitting outside, but the place wasn’t busy at all. During the time we were there, there were only about three orders. Because of that, I expected the food to come out a bit faster, but we still waited around 20 minutes after ordering. It wasn’t a huge issue, but considering how quiet it was, the waiting time felt longer than expected

A very quiet and welcoming place, the staff is kind and they are all very very courteous

Honestly, I wasn't expecting it. I went at night around 9 pm and they forgot a sandwich, but I only realized it when I got home. I called and they were very kind. I went back, picked up the hamburger, they apologized and even offered me something complimentary. On some days the service is really great.

It's a McDonald's... next to a gas station... in the shadow of buildings... facing a dual carriageway. The food is freshly prepared. The service is quick and friendly. The place is reasonably clean, but could be better.

It's obviously fast food, the good thing is that they have gluten-free sandwiches.
