My experience at McDonald's wasn't entirely bad, but there are several areas that could be improved. I'd never been there for breakfast, but yesterday morning a friend and I ordered two cappuccinos, one soy. The order was correct, but they didn't specify which one was soy: an important detail, especially if someone has dietary intolerances or special needs. Furthermore, the welcome was lacking: we weren't greeted, and the staff seemed rather distracted. The dining room, despite it being a Friday morning around 11:30, was also dirty. The cappuccinos were still good, but overall the service and customer care could use some improvement.
