The Mc's Drive-Thru lanes are marked with confusing signs. I had to drive the wrong way into their parking lot to figure out how to enter the Mc's Drive-Thru lane, as the lane entrance has an exit arrow.
The staff also confirmed the incomprehensibility of the entrance.
Otherwise, it's the usual McDonald's service.

Exceptional: payment with Satispay without even having to take out your wallet, reasonable prices, very fast table service, friendly staff (and a wide range of ages; I appreciated not seeing only young people like in the past), hot and well-cooked/fried food.
I'm not a fan of thin-cut burgers, much less cheddar, yet my overall rating of the experience cannot be less than 5/5 for quality and quantity/price ratio.
I never thought I'd give a fast food restaurant 5 stars, but instead, I have to give credit where credit is due. Well done.

The McDonald's in question is a standard establishment. The customer service is unsatisfactory, characterized by a lack of courtesy. The restaurant's cleanliness is acceptable. The location is a bit noisy due to its proximity to the road, but this is a minor point.

I'm 55 years old and I saw Burghy's birth even before the MC. America had arrived in Castelletto Ticino, and in the mid-1980s, we were living the legend of the paninari. Today, the MC in Castelletto Ticino offers a spacious and bright country-style interior and an outdoor area for those who want to dine out in the summer. The sandwiches and salads are excellent, while the Bar/Dessert section offers excellent pastries and cakes that I recommend. The service is practical and fast. The only flaw is the bathrooms, unfortunately dirty and in terrible condition. Overall, I recommend the place.

All good, McDonald's standard.
But the bathroom smells decidedly off, and the hand dryer is gross: clearly, no one's cleaned it for months.

The best McDonald's in Italy 🇮🇹 I've been going here for 20 years and have always had a great experience. The food is always hot, the service is excellent, and the staff is friendly and courteous. 10+
