Perfectly McDonald's-style food! POSITIVE POINT: I ​​personally witnessed the manager, OLAF, of this McDonald's, dealing with a young man (and his gang) who was bothering customers by demanding money and food with extreme politeness and professionalism. Rarely seen in such politeness and restraint, the situation was expertly handled, avoiding any scenes. Worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant... And yet, I was at my dear and reliable McDonald's 😉

October 2, 2025, 7:30 PM I stop by McD's Drive-Thru for a sandwich before leaving. I order my menu item with ketchup. I'm already on my way. I can't go back. The bag is missing both the straw and the ketchup I paid for. It doesn't seem that difficult to deliver a complete and healthy order when you hand the bag to the customer.

My experience is with drive-thru... There's a lot of staff turnover, and not all the guys at the counter are trained, and often the orders are wrong. They're also not particularly polite or friendly. Not to mention the ones who deliver the orders at the end...

13/11/2025: I don't think there's a good McDonald's in Europe. The place was dirty, the employees weren't friendly at all, as if I were asking for free food. In Italy, people aren't friendly at all; they forget that tourists are the ones who help the country's economy.
16/10/2025: I ordered a crispy bacon menu to go. They put it on the tray, and when I said it was to go, they put it in the bag. One thing that wasn't very nice was the drink, regular Coke with ice, which tasted like nothing; it tasted like water. I tried it as soon as they gave it to me. I hope it's good next time.

05/11/2025: Great price and great food. Seafood was fresh and good quality. Customer service was great as well. Would recommend to try.
11/10/2025: We had the fried fish combo, which was VERY heavy on sardines or small fish, light on calamari & shrimp. The fried cod which joined it was good, service was fine.
