McDonald's In La spezia

Ok for eating on the spot, sometimes I use McDrive but I really hate being looked at with condescension (or with an annoyed expression) when I ask to check that there is no ice in the drink.. unfortunately, it happened to me twice to ask for the drink WITHOUT ICE and then, when I get to work, I find it in the glass: then, to the person who delivers me the bag with my order, I ask to check.. normally they do it without problems (we are all human beings, and we can all make a small mistake) but a boy / young man at the delivery every time makes an annoyed face as if I were insulting him.. do I have to get sick from the frozen drink, so as not to ask you to check? 🤷‍♂️ For the rest, everything is fine 😊

I was passing by there with my daughter and we decided to stop for lunch, the MC is a nice place and huge, maybe a little slow in taking the order (there weren't many people) otherwise everything was ok

You can avoid wasting time choosing the flavor of the McFlurry. Whatever it is, they will deliver you an almost white ice cream with a very small amount of icing. Unfortunately this is not a coincidence, it has happened many times.

Not too crowded and clean. Friendly staff

Large free parking. I've always had a good time but recently everything has gotten worse except the food, the place is very dirty, full rubbish bins and slow service. Staff not very eager and not very smiling. The food remains good enough.
