Perfectly McDonald's-style food! POSITIVE POINT: I ​​personally witnessed the manager, OLAF, of this McDonald's, dealing with a young man (and his gang) who was bothering customers by demanding money and food with extreme politeness and professionalism. October 2, 2025, 7:30 PM I stop by McD's Drive-Thru for a sandwich before leaving. I order my menu item with ketchup. I'm already on my way. I can't go back. The bag is missing both the straw and the ketchup I paid for. It doesn't seem that difficult to deliver a complete and healthy order when you hand the bag to the customer.

My experience is with drive-thru... There's a lot of staff turnover, and not all the guys at the counter are trained, and often the orders are wrong. They're also not particularly polite or friendly. Not to mention the ones who deliver the orders at the end...
