Airport integrated with the subway, a very positive point, but there is an extremely low number of seats in the boarding area, with many people sitting on the floor and others standing!

Had an early flight the next morning and spent the night here. Even though homeless people are allowed to stay overnight in the departure area it felt safe. And there are regular patrols from security, police and military. Only vending machines are available at night

It is embarrassing that airport management did not organize anything for connecting flights, even when the one comes from other place in Italy. Instead, passangers are sent outside, and then again to go through entire security - which itself is not a problem - but problem is crowd and it takes too much time. This is only fault of airport management which is either incompetent, or ignorant. This is a long-term problem which I see for more years, not only once. Otherwise, the airport is fine, because it is not big and it is well connected with local means of transport.

Very convenient as Metro line 4 takes you to the city center in 20 minutes. However, the staff at the tax-free shop are unhelpful, and the restaurant prices are high for the quality (especially avoid the salads in the self-service area).

A beautiful and very original airport with this curved design.
The bathrooms are finally up to par, and the shops are clearly visible and intelligently grouped. The new bookshop is excellent, with adequate space.
Clean and with clear signage.
As for constructive criticism: the staff at the (very efficient) security checkpoints needs to be improved, especially at the fast track, where the staff don't seem to fully understand the reason for their presence or the meaning of the word "fast."
Furthermore, the seating in the boarding area definitely needs to be increased.
Congratulations to SEA, though: a truly beautiful airport!

It’s a good airport compared to Bergamo — it feels cleaner, newer, quieter, and the staff are friendly. Plus, it’s closer to Milan Centrale.
