Being on the departures level, it's naturally popular with young people and adults, especially foreigners. Fast service at prices that are obviously significantly higher than those found at similar establishments in the city.

The Mcdonalds is located just before the departure section (before security), and is the only one in the airport. More expensive than the one in the city of course.

The food is just what you expect from the MCDONALD'S, but the personnel honestly look sad and they are really slow in general. The kiosks did not work properly and they got my order wrong as well. I think it is not them that is the problem but the MC should take better care of their workers.

30/06/2025: The owner was incredibly kind to me. A man walked up to me that was probably trying to scam me so I didn’t engage. The owner was watching and came by to check on me and make sure I was okay afterwards. He pinched my cheek and was so warm towards me. I only paid 5 euros for my cappuccino which I did not feel was excessive. I do not agree this place is a scam. At least that was not my experience.

30/08/2025: I went with a friend to eat something, I found a guy named Andrea (I read his name on the receipt) who helped us with the order given my food allergies and clumsiness with the do-it-yourself order, he was very kind, polite and patient with our requests, he satisfied us with the menu immediately based on our needs, thanks Andrea, especially for your education and availability which unfortunately is not for everyone nowadays

It's always spotlessly clean, the staff is friendly, and the service is quick. The touch-screen ordering system is simple and intuitive, in true modern fast food style, but there's a unique feature here: refillable drinks, allowing you to refill your drink during your meal—a real convenience not offered by all KFC locations. The chicken is the star: crispy, perfectly seasoned, and always served hot. The value for money is also excellent, with generous portions making it perfect for both a quick snack and a dinner with friends. Plus, its location inside the Arese shopping center makes it extremely convenient for those already in the shopping area or who want to stop between shopping trips.
