McDonald's In Milano

Organizations can be more or less valid and efficient, the difference IS MADE BY THE PEOPLE. Today I casually made a comment about ice cream with the Director and he immediately made sure to satisfy me, without me asking anything. This means TRULY caring about the customer. It is no coincidence that all the staff are extremely kind and the place is very welcoming; perfectly clean and air conditioned. The pleasure of feeling at the center of attention, something not everyone understands; many forget that a business without customers would be DEAD!!! Highly recommended place!!!!!!!

Update: I was there today 05/7/2024 I think they had an inspection. And you could see that everyone was interested in making sure everything goes well! All in all this restaurant is clean and the staff are all quick, the order arrives in 5/7 minutes every time I order even if they are crowded. Well done I would say it is one of the best McDonald's outlets
