It's fine on off-peak days and at off-peak times, otherwise the place is packed, tables are dirty, there's a long wait of almost an hour after ordering before being served, errors in the food brought, and the sandwich and chips arrived already cold.

I come to the McDonald's at the Centro Ulisse in Catania every morning, and it's become a pleasant habit. The environment is always clean and welcoming, but what really makes the difference is the professionalism and kindness of the staff. I especially want to praise Alessandra, the barista: always smiling, fast, and attentive to customer needs. With her courtesy, she manages to make even a simple breakfast special. Highly recommended!

18/12/2025: It's incredible how the sandwich doesn't match the photo on the monitor. There's always very little sauce. I ordered a large Tasty. I pointed out to the employee that there was almost no sauce on the sandwich. You could barely see it. I politely asked for a little more, but she refused. This is how much they care about their customers.
28/11/2025: I have breakfast almost every morning, the staff is kind and friendly.
