I've been going to this place since my kids were little. I've celebrated their birthdays, attended a few parties, and eaten tons of menus. It's always crowded... But I won't change it! Inside or outside... I always find a table!

I rate the helpfulness and kindness of the staff 5 stars. In other stores they treat you poorly, here both the employees and the managers smile and do everything they can to accommodate your requests.

I come to the McDonald's at the Centro Ulisse in Catania every morning, and it's become a pleasant habit. The environment is always clean and welcoming, but what really makes the difference is the professionalism and kindness of the staff. I especially want to praise Alessandra, the barista: always smiling, fast, and attentive to customer needs. With her courtesy, she manages to make even a simple breakfast special. Highly recommended!

06/07/2025: Honestly I have been to this pub for the second time and I found it a bit worse than the first period in which it opened, the waiters already at the beginning of the evening seemed tired, a bit disorganized, some not very attentive or too chatty, the atmosphere yesterday left a bit to be desired, there are some errors in the menu, the food in reference to the pizza is too much crust and not enough pizza, we took a €25 platter with cheeses and cold cuts that left a lot to be desired, in Catania the meat platter is €15 and fish is €18, for the bill we called them 3 times and it was prime time and the place wasn't even full, surely the organization and the quality/price ratio of the dishes need to be improved. I don't think I'll go back, it's a shame because the place is beautiful

25/06/2025: If you want to find the highest quality, you have to go to Bar Doge in Acireale. The zeppole, desserts, hot food, all prepared with top quality ingredients. The owner, Paolo always welcomes you with a smile and manages to entertain customers with joy and spontaneity and an aspect not to be overlooked, you will always find excellent music. I recommend it to everyone
