In Rome Pistachio ice cream is super good

The service was not bad but too many loud people around with crying kids.

Too little space inside for the flow of people it handles. Tables are too close together, so it's impossible to pass through.

One of the best restaurants and cafes in all of Europe. Its food is reasonably priced and its coffee is delicious, of course depending on who prepares it because not everyone has experience in preparing it. Its seating is suitable for students, children and the elderly.

When you need a break from the Italian food: Burger and fries were fresh, as were the McMuffins for breakfast! TOP freshly squeezed orange juice!!

I popped into the McDonald’s just a couple of minutes' walk from Teatro dell'Opera (Piazza di Spagna / Repubblica metro) on Line A, which makes it super convenient if you’re around the area . It’s right near major bus stops too, so it's easy to get to . It was crowded, as you'd expect in the center, but service was quick, and lines moved steadily. The space is split: the front is more like McCafé for drinks and pastries—unexpectedly decent quality Italian‑style coffee—and deeper inside is the burger counter for snacks or meals . It's not fancy but great for a fast bite, free Wi-Fi, and air‑conditioning. Compared to nearby cafes, the prices are predictable, and lower—for example a cappuccino is around €1.50 at McCafé next to Piazza Navona while local bars charge more . Tip: You won’t enjoy Rome food here, but if you need a clean, quick rest, stop between sightseeing (and clean restrooms!), it’s convenient. Just don’t expect gourmet!

Like all the shops in Rome, if you go into one, the other one is about the same.

My boyfriend and I ate here this evening. My boyfriend is disabled, and the clerk, Rocco, made us feel at home. He was exceptional. He helped us so much with everything, he was kind and polite. There's still humanity here!!! Thank you so much, Rocco, good luck with everything ❤️

Even though I'm not a regular McDonald's customer, I found the staff helpful and welcoming. They were also efficient in reserving two dining rooms for us during the stormy Sunday rush hour to bring a group of fifty children to lunch. Thank you for everything!
