McDonald’s In Roma

McDonald's was such a drag! We stopped for coffee and it took them about 20 minutes to serve us. It doesn't take that long to make a cappuccino and an espresso. Besides that, while we were already waiting at the counter, we realized the espresso had been brewed right there in the machine and looked like it had been sitting there for ages. Then they started on the other coffee, so the first one was ice cold and the second one was piping hot. On top of that, accessing the customer restroom is really inconvenient because you need a separate ticket, in addition to the purchase ticket, which you have to ask for at the counter. But they don't have them in the cafeteria restroom; you have to go to the other one. It's a total hassle. Plus, the restrooms were filthy and smelled awful.

The place is spacious, the service is fast, the food and cleanliness are ok. Cons - I ordered a McFlurry Baci and got vanilla ice cream with just chocolate sprinkled on top.

Ordered to take away, arrived at the hotel, surprise, the chicken legs were missing, paid for on the receipt but not delivered, not very correct, I recommend always checking

A McDonald's like any other. In Italy, however, this is an advantage, as prices and quality meet European McDonald's standards. Restrooms are free for customers with a voucher available at the register and are in acceptable condition. The staff is professional, in typical Roman fashion, but neither friendly, polite, nor attentive. I highly recommend this McDonald's.

It's a great place, except for the food. It's too slow. They regularly have half-hour-long stops. It's a shame because in every other way, it's excellent.

The old barista woman who prepares cappuccinos today gave me a latte macchiato with 25% milk and 75% foam. Not just today, I always have breakfast at this McDonald's, but every time she's the barista, there's more foam than milk. I have breakfast every day at this McDonald's, and every time this old barista is there, she gives me a cappuccino with lots of foam. Today I asked for a latte macchiato and she gave me 25% milk with 75% foam.

The place is spacious, although as is often the case, the sanitation leaves much to be desired. The service could be improved a bit, especially with one of the staff members, who is clearly bored. You have to pay for the restrooms, and the sanitation issue comes back. Good Wi-Fi and comfortable seats.
