Well looked after place. Helpful and courteous staff. Quick service and well cooked and good food. You can attend easily. There are no unpleasant surprises

Quiet place, in a strategic position. Very comfortable. Friendly and kind staff.

The service is not the best one can expect, the food is decent although sometimes the flavors mix because they probably use the same oil for multiple cooking

Last Thursday I had an appointment to have dinner with my daughter at Mc Donald's in Torrette di Ancona. I arrived at 9pm, said hello to the security guard at the door and went inside. Inside it was full of people. When I was inside my daughter told me that I had the wrong time, that she would show up at 10.30pm. So I left without ordering after a few minutes. On my way out I said goodbye to the security guard and went home. At 10.25pm ​​I returned to Mc. I entered, and approached the monitors. I chose the menu I wanted but didn't finish the order. I moved away from the monitor slightly to look at my phone again. It was 10.28pm. I would have waited for my daughter before placing the order. When I looked up I saw that the security guard was leaning on the dessert counter and staring at me. Despite the amount of people, he had noticed some abnormal behavior in me and had come closer to keep me under control. Very kindly he said: "Do you by any chance need help? Can I give you a hand?" I walked up to him and said, "I'm waiting for my daughter to finish her work shift so we can have dinner together. Anyway, thank you." He smiled and returned to his post at the door. In any case he didn't let me out of his sight until my daughter arrived. Only when he saw her did he become disinterested in my presence. I am still surprised at this person's professionalism. Inside a bedlam of people he managed to identify anomalous behavior and more. He approached to solve any possible problem and did so with infinite politeness and kindness. Every now and then I go to this McDonald's for a quick snack or a late-night treat. Very friendly and helpful staff. Waiting times are always very short but acceptable. Clean tables. Fairly quiet environment, depends on the times.

Great place, great and quick service. Clean bathrooms. The only very small flaw: unclear receipts. For a donut the receipt says 1 donut 1 cocoa donut. I repeat, however, that it is an excellent place.

Un mac donald peut être parfois très utile après un long voyage. Même si c'est de la nourriture industrielle. C'est vite servi et en Italie les tarifs restent très bons marchés.
