McDonald's In Cesena

Typical restaurant chain outlet. I had lunch internally: after ordering at the electronic panel, the service was quite fast. I expected better, even though it was already early afternoon. Clean and comfortable environment. Large internal and external spaces. All that was missing was that extra smile from the staff: perhaps it was the end of the shift and they were tired. I will definitely return when I'm in the area.

There's no question about the food, it's the same as any McDonald's. The parking lot is "structured" in an ambiguous way and entry by car is inconvenient. Pretty good staff.

McDonald’s torre del moro, personale gentile, locale pulito e profumato, c’era un ragazzo in sala che puliva sempre, bagno pulito , abbiamo scelto servizio al tavolo molto comodo per noi visto che abbiamo bambini piccoli. Ottimo serata

First time in a McDonald's in Italy where I happen to eat almost raw fries

There is a parking lot and there are a lot of children. I ordered at the kiosk and they called my number in Italian.

Good place if you have children.

I happened upon it during lunch time and there were many customers, a long queue. But the workers cleared up the queue quickly, working hard and well. The food with very hot chips and burgers. Very good. Difficult to find seats due to so many people, unfortunately some seats were left dirty by customers, then cleaned by the employee. Well.

I ragazzi che lavorano in questo MC sono fantastici, sempre solari, laboriosi e gentili anche nelle serate col pienone ad orari impossibili. Ci tengo che la Direzione ne sia cosciente. Il Menù, i prezzi ed i tempi di attesa sono quelli di tutti i McDonald's del pianeta. Le recensioni negative che leggo a mio avviso sono di persone frustrate che perché pagano 10/12 euro credono di dover essere serviti come in un ristorante stellato. Se capitano errori, sono umani di chi sta lavorando, come in tutte le attività bisogna avere un minimo di pazienza tutto si risolve con l'educazione. Ci vengo spesso con piacere, anche i miei amici lo adorano.
