Excellent McDonald's location. Clean, excellent and friendly staff. Everything was fine.

Kind, fast, and super efficient! Unfortunately, I had a problem with the fries, and they didn't hesitate to fix it without charging me again. Thank you again so much.

I occasionally have breakfast at McDonald's, so in my review, I'll only focus on the coffee service I use, which I find significantly superior to the average coffee shop in Italy. In particular, the McDonald's on Via Tiburtina has spacious interiors, the staff is friendly, and the young man in charge of the coffee shop is very knowledgeable and approachable. In the morning, there's a wide selection of breakfast menus; for example, you can choose from coffee, cappuccino, tea, latte macchiato, marocchino, chocolate or Nutella muffins, various filled croissants, donuts, pancakes, fruit juices, or freshly squeezed orange juice. The atmosphere is quiet, and the prices are good, especially the menu options. Highly recommended!

It's 10:58 PM, I just had a milkshake and an ice cream... I found the people really friendly, nice, and easy-going... I'll definitely be back soon, even though I don't live in the area. Congratulations, guys...

The outdoor space, also equipped for children, is the real plus of this shop. Otherwise, there's nothing you haven't already seen.

Clean environment, but unfortunately there was a mix-up in the order that was not insignificant considering that it was late and there was very little attendance (they had forgotten a sandwich which delayed the delivery of the entire order and therefore all the others ate their cold sandwiches). It can happen.

Great restaurant great atmosphere

I was very disappointed with my visit to McDonald’s in Rome. The breakfast menu is extremely limited, as shown in the photo. I ordered a cream croissant through the self-service machine, paid for it, only to be told afterwards that it wasn’t available. This lack of options and poor service left a bad impression. Unfortunately, I won’t be trying McDonald’s again in Italy.

Nice staff, friendly atmosphere. Kids play area available.
