Very friendly, smiling staff. The environment was clean and well-maintained. The staff were very attentive to keeping things tidy, both on the tables and in the tray drop-off areas. The bathrooms were clean.

Very welcoming food. Tasty staff. Ambience with very nice people (see photo). Table service and more. Just the way you want it. The POS, Visa VISA, Mastercard, and Satispay Satispeizza are accepted. The clientele is a bit pushy but welcoming. Let's improve our customer service! 😀

I stop here every now and then for lunch. Today, June 16th, with an injured wrist, I was worrying about the tray I was supposed to dispose of. Without asking, a young woman, the same one who had brought me the tray, simply took it with a big smile and carried it away... Truly remarkable! Thank you, thank you.

07/12/2025: The Corborant is a restaurant from another era. You can dine without choosing a menu that changes every night, a real shame. The dishes, though lacking in presentation, are well-cooked, with variable portions (the appetizers are tastings), served in bursts, and sometimes with requests for seconds. The place is airy, clean, and the table is beautifully set; the single slice of bread set for each guest makes you smile. Two dinners in a row, and twice no one offered you a digestif at the end of the meal. Not that it matters, but a sign of hospitality would be appreciated.

08/01/2026: The restaurant overlooks the beautiful Piazza Maggiore and has outdoor seating. It's perfect for a relaxing break with delicious ice cream.
24/10/2025: Historic venue in a great location. Excellent aperitif, friendly staff.
