Mc Donald's In Massa

There's always some problem, sometimes they forget some things from the order. Sometimes the fries are half the price. But I have to say that when you're at the drive-thru and complain, the guys are always kind and courteous. And they always try to make up for it, like the guy named Luca, if I'm not mistaken. Thank you for your kindness and understanding.

We recently visited since it's on the way to Bambino Gesù Hospital. We had a great time, and there are even self-order kiosks. Recommended.

The atmosphere was clean. I even went to the bathroom and it was tidy. The food was good, as per McDonald's standards, freshly made, and not cold. Sometimes at other McDonald's, the sandwich is cold and unpleasant, but here, it was perfect. What surprised me most compared to other McDonald's was the friendliness of the girls. They were cheerful and carefree, and there was a serene and jovial atmosphere. The girl at the cash register, who was also managing the drive-thru with a microphone, was particularly polite and attentive. She was very pleasant and attentive. I went on January 20, 2026, both at 9:00 and 12:50, and I was pleasantly surprised to find the same girl I had in the morning. It's a pleasure to find efficient and courteous people. I would go back any time, especially for the courtesy I found.

Slow service, but very friendly staff

I wanted to compliment the girl who handled the situation in an exemplary manner last night, December 5, 2025, at 8:40 PM at the Mc Drive (I think her name is Ilenia). We're sorry, but we started laughing and couldn't talk to place our order. She was very patient and polite! Thank you, and we're sorry again.

Everything was excellent. Friendly staff!

On the way from Rome to Florence, I had a pleasant break on the way. I bought 2 Americanos for 3 euros. It was enjoyable.

The Mc is well made but cleanliness is not the strong point of almost all MCs

The piadina was so-so, undercooked, and soft. It wasn't like usual.
