Good evening, as my first experience at these fast food restaurants in Chieti Scalo, it was excellent. I went via McDrive and was greeted immediately by an employee named Silvia. She was very kind and patient. The wait was short, and the products are fresh and tasty.

I had an overall very positive experience at McDonald's in Chieti. The service was fast and the staff helpful. A special thanks goes to Egizia, who was extremely friendly and attentive, helping to make the visit enjoyable. I give 4 stars only because there is always a little room for improvement, but I will definitely be back.

I often come to Mc I take take away...even this evening...we took 3 menus plus chicken nuggets (6) with sauces... The sauces were there, but no nuggets. The other time the chips were missing (large)....I understand that you are in a hurry and it can happen, however, maybe you could check with the customer's receipt, who has already paid for everything and instead then, does not find in the bags what he ordered.

06/07/2025: I'm sorry to say that of all the Old Wild Wests we've visited, this is the worst in terms of food quality. Many of the products seem pre-cooked and reheated, the nuggets seemed like those from the supermarket (nothing to do with the nuggets we've eaten in other OOWs). The service tends to be inconsistent, not always professional.

03/08/2025: Excellent place for breakfast Really good desserts, American style. Cakes of all kinds, even cakes without butter or milk. The place is very tidy, with both indoor and outdoor tables. A great place for breakfast with friends and a chat.
