Exceptional venue and staff, always top notch

I go to their McCaffè for breakfast almost every morning and have always had a great time! The staff is kind and friendly, the pastries are always delicious, and the coffee is much better than the ones at the mall! Today I also tried the savory breakfast and I have to say: phenomenal!

A regular stop after work, my wife and I would like to compliment the entire staff, especially Diego, who is always helpful, kind, and smiling. It's a shame that sometimes, in the evenings, the cafeteria doesn't have a wide selection.

I happen to eat lunch in various McDonald's in northern Italy and normally they are extremely similar to each other, standardized. This one inside the Fontana shopping center in Cinisello Balsamo was a wonderful surprise!!! Really better food than usual and excellent service for both breakfast and lunch!! The sandwich is really freshly prepared, the bacon perfect, the meat and salad excellent, very fresh salad and excellent cherry tomatoes!!! Everything is better than in other places of the same chain!! In addition, the staff is attentive, helpful and kind in a genuine way (you really feel welcome)! I highly recommend it!!!
