I came to dinner at Mazzo even though I'd read some negative reviews, and I was right! The food was excellent, with well-crafted dishes using top-quality, carefully selected ingredients. The wine list is also varied and well-selected. The place is truly TOP-NOTCH, with plenty of space between tables and finally a place where you can talk even when it's crowded. The wait staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Either those who gave bad reviews haven't actually been to Mazzo, or they don't have the skills to recognize high-quality cuisine. Well done, keep up the good work!

The strength of "Mazzo"'s dishes lies in their balance of flavor and character, while also giving a nod to Roman tradition! They also have a wide selection of wines (I can't say much about this because I'm neither a drinker nor a connoisseur, but my partner was pleasantly surprised). The restaurant is very nice and welcoming, but I found the waiter a bit rude. When I asked if I could change the chair for back problems, he responded with a tasteless joke: "I would have messed up the design of the place by changing the chair." Of course, I waited in vain for him to change the chair for me; I had to get my own. I found eating naked and raw at the wooden table a bit poor, given the fairly high prices. I would have added a placemat, perhaps in the shape of a vinyl record. Another small issue I pointed out to the waiter was the use of the wrong cutlery for a certain dish; it was difficult to cut the food. The food was good, excellent quality, perhaps the sauces were too abundant for the size of the dish. We ate well, and I will return.
