Excellent food, great wine list and superb service. The classic fried tripe is a must. We had a pork neck that was truly amazing. I loved the dessert too, lemon curd with strawberries coulis and meringue. The staff is helpful, smiling and very sweet.

The price range is really very high and it is difficult to find something affordable for all budgets on the menu. I found the food excellent, especially the fried tripe which can be considered the restaurant's strong point.
The atmosphere is a bit pretentious (some would say radical chic).
The waitresses are very kind and prepared.
Be careful, bread costs 3 euros! The same goes for water.

A pleasant evening in a particular and refined atmosphere.
Great refinement of the raw materials, some dishes were really good, others convinced me less.
Value for money Price slightly high for the neighborhood, but the experience is still of a good standard!

I came with great expectations due to the hype around this small restaurant hidden in the narrow streets of San Lorenzo. The place Is Simply Styles but with an appreciated minimalistic touch in the furniture.
The service was good, the dishes were good in general. The peak arrived with the starter, the fried tripe was very good, cruncy and flavourful without being oily and heavy to digest. Then the tartare was Also vary tasty with a sauce on top which made It very balanced. The fried artichocke was good and the Mayo on side was even Better. The bad came with the main courses. The pork chop was a bit top firm and chewy, and being It braised i expected It to be very soft and tender. Also to much fat, hard to chew. Then the breaded cutlet we got was good, crispy and tender enough, but the sauce was awful, warm cooking cream with champignon floating in the middle...something i would have in the '80s, they could have done Better, especially After what we saw with the starters.
The dessert was luckly very good, bread cake with zabaione. Reccomend.
Generally good but they can improve, Also considerig the very high prices. More than 100€ for 3 appetizers, 2 mains and 1 dessert. We did not have wine and bread...

The food is awesome, local and seasonal. The star deduction is only because it is a bit expensive. But it was a great experience. The staff is great! Very thoughtful, kind and service-oriented. There is a great wine selection of European wines and you can taste until you find what suits you best. The restaurant is super stylish, furnished with attention to detail. And very cool illustrations ♥️
