11/12/2024: Trattoria Chichibio is a true jewel for lovers of fish cuisine. The experience begins with a warm welcome accompanied by a welcome aperitif and an intimate atmosphere, perfect for enjoying dishes prepared with skill and care.
The menu offers a selection of dishes that enhance the freshness of the fish, processed with simplicity to enhance its natural flavour. The starters are a riot of colors and flavours: delicate carpaccio, perfectly balanced seafood tartare and fragrant seafood salads.
Among the first courses, the spaghetti with sea urchins and the gnocchi with clams stand out, where every bite shows the chef's attention to detail. The second courses are equally memorable: the fries in particular stand out for their perfect cooking and authentic flavour, accompanied by fresh and well-thought-out side dishes.
To conclude on a sweet note, the desserts are a delight for the palate.
The service is impeccable, with attentive and trained staff, always ready to recommend the best pairing with the wines, which are also of excellent quality.
In summary, Trattoria Chichibio offers a fish-based lunch that fully meets expectations, offering a genuine and high-level gastronomic experience. Absolutely recommended for those looking for authenticity and flavors of the sea!
07/12/2024: In the center of the streets of Caserta's nightlife, this place offers good fish cuisine, including raw fish and everything this offer entails in terms of cleanliness, freshness and selection of raw materials.
Despite this, I would have avoided some tasting dishes (we relied on the tasting service regardless of the à la carte options only, from the series: "you do it!"), for example the razor clams) not because they were scarce but certainly not at the same level as the others, the spaghetti with sea urchins is excellent.
However, very positive experience.
I can't comment on prices because I was a guest and I don't know how much was paid.
