09/03/2025: Lots of appearance and little substance. The place looks good, open kitchen, marble everywhere, in short, a modern style that doesn't disturb but isn't striking in terms of originality. The service is not well organised, the guys are committed, for goodness sake, and are also kind, but then they get lost in those details that make the difference, but it cannot be said that they are not present. The food is nothing special, it's not bad but it's certainly not a miracle.
The prices, given the location, are still acceptable, although the quality/price ratio is rather low. I might go back, of course, and I wouldn't miss it
07/03/2025: Very elegant restaurant in the center of Viale Ceccarini. We were in a hurry and we only enjoyed one pizza but it was of extreme quality, I think I ate the best pizza of my life, very digestible topped with high quality products. The owner explained to us that their Gourmet pizza is made without adding yeast but only adding water to a very high quality stone-ground flour. In fact, I have never eaten a pizza that was so digestible and didn't remain heavy like all the other pizzas. Wine list to be the envy of Pinchiorri in Florence, to be savored with prestigious fish first and second courses!
