Max pub In Sulmona

I don't what to say...Im American, and a Texan...a bit of a beef snob😜 ive traveled all over Europe and gave up trying hamburgers at places. I eat various meals at different price points but sometimes just have a need for a cheeseburger... but gave up trying in Europe in general. But ive come to Max's several times, the service is excellent and the food has always been very good, so I said I will go ahead and try a smash burger on the menu. Omg...sooooooo good!!!!!! You will not be disappointed 😉😘 best cheeseburger in Europe💯

Well-kept pub and warrior atmosphere.

They welcomed us very kindly without a reservation, and the waiter was very kind and friendly. Although we were completely satisfied with the food, since there were eight of us, each person's dish arrived quite a while apart, leaving some waiting and others who had already finished. This is never pleasant. 😩 Overall, the food was good and the staff were friendly. 🤞🏼

A warm welcome to Abruzzo for us! The atmosphere is typical of an Irish pub (I love it). The smash burger was very good, and the vegan option with a soy burger (it tasted like unconventional meat) was really good. The fries were equally good, both the regular and the twisted ones! The staff was also very friendly.

A unique place in Sulmona, with friendly and very pleasant staff. They'll surprise you with their delicious, juicy sandwiches, a calorie-packed explosion of flavor. And then Max... Max is the jewel of the place; without him, we would never have discovered the "350g San Patrick." I absolutely recommend it to anyone who happens to be in the Sulmona area.

Today I went to this pub and I was enchanted by the new smash sandwich. Come here everyone, I recommend it.
