Very good food, something original and the place itself is very atmospheric.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant, and it proved to be a delightful experience overall. From the moment we arrived, the service was impressively swift, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable meal without any unnecessary delays. This efficiency greatly contributed to the positive atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for a quick yet satisfying lunch or dinner. The culinary offerings were a definite highlight. We sampled two distinct dishes that truly showcased the kitchen's capabilities. One of the bowls featured perfectly glazed fish, possibly salmon, generously sprinkled with sesame seeds, served atop a bed of fluffy white rice, accompanied by fresh, vibrant green vegetables like bok choy. The fish was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, with a delightful balance of sweet and savory notes from the glaze. The other dish was a vibrant poke bowl, bursting with fresh ingredients. It contained generous portions of what appeared to be both tuna and salmon sashimi, each piece fresh and expertly cut. These were complemented by creamy avocado slices and chunks of sweet, ripe mango, adding a refreshing tropical touch. The bowl was finished with a scattering of slivered almonds, providing a pleasant crunch, and a delicious sauce that tied all the flavors together beautifully. Both dishes were not only aesthetically pleasing but also tasted incredibly fresh and well-prepared, indicating a commitment to quality ingredients. Considering the quality of the food and the promptness of the service, the pricing was remarkably fair. It offered excellent value for money, which is always a welcome bonus. My overall impression is highly positive, and I would comfortably rate this restaurant 4 out of 5 stars. EXCELLENT!! Really great place, friendly, very down-to-earth. Recommended.

I visited the Maui Hawaiian Restaurant on July 12 and was very impressed with the quality of the dishes and cocktails: fresh sushi, creative rolls, and well-balanced drinks—truly remarkable. Unfortunately, however, the 50% discount reserved for TheFork reservations was only applied to some dishes, while others (even from the à la carte menu) remained at full price. I had to report this to TheFork customer service, who then compensated me for the difference. A real shame, because the food is worth it and the wait staff is friendly; simply honoring the promised offer in full would avoid unpleasant complaints and make a good impression on customers who come through the platform. I hope the restaurant corrects this: I would gladly return for the excellent dining experience, but only if I could be sure of receiving transparency on my bill.

Discovered via The Fork. The atmosphere is brightly colored, the staff is young, helpful, and friendly, and the dishes are delicious and customizable. The menu is accessible via QR code, and I recommend booking. It's difficult to navigate the restaurant if you're in a wheelchair, as the tables are close together.

Great service refreshing food and drinks

Good evening. Bearing in mind that as a student, I booked with the Fork -50% to save. The discount WAS applied WITHOUT problems. I will only analyze the dishes ordered: - taco SALMON (very good. Good ingredients. Nothing to say about it) - taco pork Special (good pork but a bit dry. Good sauces.) - taco shrimp (very disappointing. Shrimps tasted like nothing. Very competent sauce.) - BAO chicken (quite good. Too much bread compared to the filling but everything was appreciable) - BAO meat (quite good. Too much bread compared to the filling but everything was appreciable) - Hot bowl soya lemon salmon (unseasoned and tasteless rice. Salmon fillet was good. Pak Choi was quite good. Portion to be revisited, the quantities of all the ingredients except the salmon fillet were really low in quantity.) - Awaian bowl HOOKOMODON (the salmon reminds me of an all you can eat, so it failed. There were 2 cucumbers counted in number, 6/7 zucchini sautéed in rounds and a bit of caramelized onion. The rice was sushi rice. The portion needs to be revisited in quantity. The sauces for each dish were really good. So good that they sometimes covered the taste of the ingredients. Quick and very courteous service I liked the place visually and the arrangement of the tables. Welcoming lights. Would I go back? Only to eat the salmon tacos. At this point, an all you can eat is better. Very sorry for the experience. The place has a lot of potential. Until there is an upgrade in the kitchen, I will not go back. Ristorantino caratteristico a tema Hawaii e surf culture, servizio e personale ok. Menù accattivante con molte curiosità, piatti tipici e poke, variazioni fusion di cucina bao e giapponese. Buon mix e buona cucina, ottima materia prima. Prezzi nella media della zona, ok il rapporto qualità/prezzo.
