Maturo Lab Pizza Street Food In Terni

Having to find a pizzeria halfway to meet up with my parents, I relied on reviews, and I have to say I wasn't wrong. A unique location, a very kind owner, and not to mention the waitress, but what can I say about the pizza? I usually never eat it because if it doesn't rise well, I feel sick all night. Instead, this pizza was light, easy to digest, and simply fantastic. And don't forget to try the desserts, they're amazing.

I repeat, in Terni, for me, this is the absolute best pizzeria. The selection of ingredients is never mediocre; you can immediately sense the careful selection of the highest-quality ingredients. The panuozzi, too... are truly first-rate, filled to perfection 😁 The dough is a masterpiece, perfectly hydrated, with a long and well-managed leavening process, resulting in a light and easily digestible result. A true gem, for those looking for something different from the usual pizza...

We relied on the excellent reviews of the place, and we can only confirm. The pizza was delicious (we all took Neapolitan dough), the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, and above all the staff was very kind and available to any request. A special mention goes to the fried pizza with ricotta and berries that we used as a dessert, truly exquisite. We will definitely be back

Quality raw materials. The montanarine are exquisite! Compliments for the service and for the excellent food. I don't give 5 stars only because the tables are too close together.
