A well-established family-run establishment, with polite and friendly staff unlike anywhere else. Excellent food, and the best piadina kebab in Bolzano, hands down. Not going is a crime.

11/03/2026: Sign outside says open 8-17 but unfortunately isn't open on Wednesday. The woman inside was kind enough to open the door so I can use the toilet.
