The slaughterhouse is a splendid gem. The waiters and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. The dishes are varied, each one worth discovering. The highlights are obviously the meat dishes and steaks, although the flavors are further enhanced when accompanied by a cheese board and a nice red wine on tap.
P.S. Regardless, the cheese board is always well-prepared, seasonally based, and very varied, so it's a must-try.
We stop by often and are always pleasantly surprised, both by the high quality and the competitive price.

The quality of the ingredients is impeccable, but you have to choose wisely... the place is well-kept, with plenty of seating; reservations are recommended. We've been several times, sometimes good, sometimes bad; it happens, it's normal! In any case, it's a pleasant and fair situation.

First time in this restaurant intrigued by the menu for the Epiphany party! Very nice location, warm and welcoming, kind and helpful staff! The menu is very tasty with refined and good dishes, the only really big flaw is the service times, between 1 dish and the next, at least 30 minutes of waiting, another flaw is the first courses very good but with very small quantities, the rice must have been 3 spoonfuls, surely from the leftovers because at other tables the quantity was a little better! For the menu price quality ratio very good, we hope to return with the expectation of a more efficient service, also because on the menus for all times they should be halved at least!

I had the pleasure of dining at Il Mattatoio, and the experience was simply impeccable.
The staff stands out for their kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism, immediately creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.
The meat is top-notch, cooked to perfection and enhanced by ingredients evident in their quality and selection. Special praise also goes to the wine list, which is extensive, well-structured, and consistent with the menu: you can sense a thoughtful, not random, selection.
A restaurant that works with expertise, passion, and respect for its customers.

We were there again today, and as always, it didn't disappoint. The set menu was nothing short of exceptional. The waiters were impeccable, the dishes tasted excellent, and the wine list was spot on! I'd like to reiterate my compliments to the dining room staff!
