Centrally located restaurant, easily reachable on foot from the station. As soon as we arrived the waiter accompanied us to an internal room, very welcoming with soft lights and background music. Surprised when we arrived: I had booked with the Fork discount which was supposed to be 50%, instead it was 30% because we were 5 people, instead of 4. However, the quality of the meat was good, I recommend the fillet with caramelized onions.

The pasta and trippa is sooooo Good. Small restaurant with excellent food and service. Please try the zucchini pesto pasta. Use fork app and you can get some discounts. Truly a gem in Florence.

Typical Tuscan restaurant, specializing in Florentine steaks. Informal character.
A special feature of the place is that the half portions are made official in the menu.
Menu tasted: pappardelle del boscaiolo; boneless cockerel legs, with Chianti reduction, toasted almonds and roast potatoes; cantucci and vinsanto.
To be recommended.

Abbiamo scelto questo locale per i piatti tradizionali toscani che proponeva e abbiamo fatto centro. La ribollita aveva i sapori e la stessa cremosità della prima ribollita che avevamo gustato molti anni fa - perfetta! - ed il lampredotto un gusto deciso ma equilibrato con una salsa verde che gli dava un perfetto tocco in più. Ottimo anche il chianti Le Rancole (80% sangiovese e 20% canaiolo non facile da trovare).
