I love this restaurant both for the service and, above all, for the quality of the food and the presentation. The best sushi ever, the freshest fish, and the rolls are simply exquisite. I recommend the Matsu Udon, the pistachio pasta that has won my heart and that I can't help but order every time I return.

IT'S NOT ALL YOU CAN EAT!
Waguni is delicious, with the right amount of sushi and super unique dishes. I went with my brother and we thought it was an expensive all-you-can-eat, but it's not. 💀
The price, however, is worth every single piece of sushi. In the evening, it's a whole different story. ✨
Great if you want to do something romantic. 💕

When you want quality sushi, Matsu is a sure thing. Impeccable service, a spotless venue, and excellent quality ingredients. My recommendations are the Crusty Wagyu, the Giò Tuna and Shrimp, and especially the Matsu Roll. The bill is the only downside, but not everything can be perfect. 😂

I was so engrossed in sampling every delicacy that was brought to me that I forgot to photograph several dishes. What can I say... Matsu is an institution when it comes to Sushi with a capital S. The freshest products are artfully served by courteous and helpful staff. A true sensory journey. The magnificent aperitifs are a must-try, graceful not only in flavor but also in aromas and scents.
Book yourself a taste journey and you won't regret it...

Ogni pasto da Matsu è un piacere incredibile...
Sedute comode, personale iper disponibile (Antonio è davvero cordiale e disponibilissimo ad ogni esigenza), perfetta conoscenza di allergie e intolleranze (come la celiachia, che tanti snobbano) e poi il prodotto è sempre di altissimo livello.
Carta dei vini ? Eccellente!
