Ho passato una bellissima serata e mangiato benissimo, il menù è stato suggerito dal Direttore o caposala ed è stato veramente fantastico tutto ciò che lui ha scelto per noi. La carta dei vini devo essere sincero è stata una bella sorpresa, etichette internazionali e etichette anche famose e con qualche sorpresa abbiamo preso un Sancerre con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Torniamo da Matsu dopo parecchio tempo. Il locale è sicuramente d’impatto e ci si sente a proprio agio. Il menu è davvero ampio così come assolutamente di livello la carta dei vini. Abbiamo assaggiato un po’ di tutto, dal sashimi (era disponibile anche il toro!!) a vari tipi di roll , alla tempera di verdure, ai sushi gio’ per terminare con i nigiri e i dumpling al wagyu. La materia prima è ineccepibile. Tutto buono ma non così buono da rimanerti a lungo nel cuore. Tempi di attesa assolutamente accettabili. Qualche piccola sbavatura nel servizio. In definitiva si tratta di uno dei migliori ristoranti giapponesi di Bari!

Quality at the highest levels, a more than balanced price, impeccable service. As far as I'm concerned, Matsu is an institution, which always manages to improve itself from time to time. There is no need for introductions or reviews, because it is a landmark of the city.

Excellent food, welcoming place, excellent staff

After the first experience at Matzu in Bitonto, we opted for this location in the heart of Poggiofranco and we really enjoyed it and everything we ate was sublime. The dining room staff recommended several matching drinks, fantastic. The only flaw was the iqos of a girl right behind our table who smoked between one course and another, and therefore every now and then that smell came that didn't match our dishes in the slightest.
