We went to Matzu for lunch. The service, thanks to Alessandro and Marco, was impeccable. We opted for a tasting, with a detailed explanation of each individual dish. The food is of excellent quality, fresh fish and highly refined ingredients. The cuisine is certainly of excellent quality. The environment is very elegant and welcoming. I don't think I've ever eaten such good sushi. It's not the usual sushi you expect, it's something spectacular. An explosion of flavours. The price/quality ratio is right. I would definitely go back. Thanks to the Matzu staff
