Eccellente! Location molto raffinata con personale qualificato e molto attento, dove poter gustare e assaporare la vera cucina Giapponese, esperienza da rifare!

It's the second time I've come to this restaurant, the food is always exceptional and the atmosphere welcoming, but I noticed a difference that left me amazed, The last time I had booked and I was treated excellently, super attentive and never invasive 5-star service, this time without a reservation the service did not stand up to comparison, nothing serious or scandalous but with several carelessness, such as the fact of taking away my cutlery without asking me if I wanted anything else, even though my girlfriend was still eating, a clear signal from the waiters to clear the table quickly. The first time I was greeted by a bartender who offered a wide range of welcome cocktails, but this time nothing, even though I saw the same bartender inside. The only flaw this evening was unfortunately but still sufficient 3 stars for the service. Final rating 4 stars not 5 due to a different service towards those who do not book.

Sarò di parte perché ci vado da anni ma Matsu continua ad essere il miglior fusion di Bari e non solo…..al servizio impeccabile sotto l’attenta regia di Antonio ed alla materia prima di assoluta qualità si è aggiunto un barman (Roberto) di una genialità fuori dal comune…inventa cocktail in pochi istanti calibrandoli a seconda dei gusti del cliente…. semplicemente Unico!!!!

Despite the excellent reviews, we did not find anything exciting in the dishes chosen...flat or unbalanced flavours...excellent quality fish, but in our opinion it failed to "win" over the rest...sober environment.. . service a little distracted and patched up... prices in line with other fusion à la carte restaurants

Very beautiful location. Attention to every detail. The food is also good, but nothing exceptional, in fact, if we look at the quality/price ratio we are completely out of the market. Here you pay for the "experience" of a classy dinner, but nothing else. Among other things, this Japanese sushi has very little but is fusion cuisine in all respects. Property advice. You are an à la carte restaurant, which uses excellent quality materials. Good sushi can now be found everywhere at a third of the price you offer. Give the customer a little more choice. There is much more to offer in Japanese cuisine.

Hagakure - Fusion Restaurant & Sushi Bar

13/08/2024: If heaven had a dedicated sushi stand, it would surely be run by Hagakure. A culinary experience that you should try at least once in your life, because it truly leaves you speechless and with a full stomach and a whirlwind of contrasting emotions. You might even feel sorry to eat and say goodbye to certain beauties and delicacies, on the other hand after coming to eat here I don't think it's possible to be satisfied with the sushi around until you have completely forgotten these flavors (Not it's that simple, not even after years). In addition to this, the service is impeccable, the staff is super trained and very kind and courteous. I can't recommend any dishes, I advise you to book a 3/4 day holiday directly to try everything. But I can say that the Fluffy Roll has a special place in my heart, since 2021, and that every dish I have eaten tasted incredible. I LOVE EVERYTHING, and the dessert, although I thought it could never compete with the lunch itself, lived up to the expectations created because it too was incredibly good.
13/08/2024: One of the two best sushi fusion restaurants in Bari. Dishes with great attention to detail, very high quality of food, very kind staff who explain the dishes ordered well. I've been to Japan and learned to distinguish one good sushi restaurant from another; despite none or almost none of our Italian fusion restaurants equaling the Japanese quality of dishes from the Land of the Rising Sun, here you can eat very well. Advised

22/08/2024: Just 5 stars, in all aspects related to this restaurant. If you love sushi, than this is one of the best you’ll have around the world, not just in Italy. The availability and freshness of the seafood in this area makes their sushi extra delicious. PS: order the “burro” roll (off the menu)
