A young and compact team led by Ale, the bistro's chef. His cuisine is uncompromising, with strong, bold, and experimental flavors paired with an arrogant, delicious aesthetic. The atmosphere is laid-back with an underground feel, and the staff is smiling and helpful. In short, they're fantastic! I recommend the seats facing the kitchen to enjoy the show and be pampered!

Brigata giovane e compatta capitanata da ale , lo chef del bistrot. Cucina senza compromessi sapori forti decisi e sperimentali accompagnati da estetica arrogante e golosa . Ambiente alla mano con note underground personale sorridente e disponibile . Insomma sono Fortissimi! Consiglio i posti fronte cucina per godersi lo spettacolo e per farsi coccolare!

The food was very good. The lamb meatballs, the Fassona beef diaphragm, and the desserts were excellent. The only complaint was that the fish was a bit too salty.
An excellent choice with Smartbox compared to restaurants offering set menus worth much less than the value of the voucher.

A great experience at this modern bistro. Reservations are essential; it was very busy. The space has indoor tables and some outside seating, all very informal. Very friendly service.
The menu offers options for both a set menu and a la carte options. Start with the excellent eggplant and zucchini in various textures, two excellent starters. For the main course, try the shrimp gnocchi—excellent! Good wine options by the glass. Good value. Worth a visit.

Perfect experience, the place presents itself as a classic bistro, just the right amount of informal, without too many pretensions, but it's a "deception", we had a 6-course tasting dinner with wine pairings... what can I say, we were speechless... exceptional dishes, contrasts, pairings, starred plating, the chef is a genius with golden hands, the impeccable, attentive, courteous service of great competence, it is clear without a shadow of a doubt that these guys put their heart and soul into it and that they come from a background made of sacrifices and study.

The cuisine is well prepared and particular, not described as it should be and the wine is not good... the food was good but heavy and for 2 main courses, a bottle of wine and a dessert for 2 we spent a fortune and when we left we were still hungry! €131

Excellent experience! We chose the tasting menu and each course was a pleasant surprise, with original and never banal flavors. The dishes tell all the inventiveness and creativity of the chef, truly unique. The staff was extremely friendly, professional and attentive. We will definitely be back!

Small restaurant with truly noteworthy cuisine with never banal dishes. Of note is the courtesy of the chef who, following the delay in serving the first courses, explained the cause and apologized personally: much appreciated and absolutely not to be taken for granted. To be recommended.
