Next, they serve their delicious empanadas and, to freshen up, a cleft leaf with giardiniera inside. Next, their turnip greens risotto, which reflects the traditional flavors of the chef, who tells us about his use of local produce. Their splendid diaphragm completes the savory portion, a dish truly worth trying. Their cheesecake is truly excellent, a combination of sweet and savory that satisfies even our sweet tooth. All this is complemented by a lovely atmosphere, and the service is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. If you want to spend a lovely evening and eat well, Mater Bistrot is definitely what you're looking for.

A magical place... we come here quite often, practically every time we're in Milan. Alex is a truly eclectic chef, he manages to bring energy and substance to every dish. Let's move on to the head waiter, Federica... brilliant, always smiling and friendly... she always knows how to recommend the best wine with the best food, but above all, always with her trademark smile... In conclusion, I highly recommend this place... both for the food and for the staff... who, for once in a restaurant, are genuine people.

My absolute favorite place, it feels like home every time. The atmosphere and food are perfect. The staff are wonderful, warm and friendly, as well as highly skilled both in the dining room and kitchen. Federica is incredibly kind, always welcoming you with a smile that stays with you until the end, recommending excellent wines and describing the dishes beautifully. Alex creates incredible pairings, is always available, and always accommodates your every need. The entire team is fantastic, you feel truly at home, whether you're dining as a couple or with friends. Every detail is taken care of, from the bread to the cup of coffee.

I returned after a while and am happy to confirm the excellent quality of the ingredients and the dishes: from the presentation to the flavor, everything was excellent. Also noteworthy is the wonderful playlist! I'll definitely be back!

Brigata giovane e compatta capitanata da ale , lo chef del bistrot. Cucina senza compromessi sapori forti decisi e sperimentali accompagnati da estetica arrogante e golosa . Ambiente alla mano con note underground personale sorridente e disponibile . Insomma sono Fortissimi! Consiglio i posti fronte cucina per godersi lo spettacolo e per farsi coccolare!
