Among the best breweries in the center of Trieste.
Wide choice of super quality craft beers. Wide rotation of beers. Friendly and very qualified staff. Classic setting for a pub or pub. Excellent for eating while sitting at the table or even just for an aperitif at the counter. One of my favorites ever.

We decided to try this place on the recommendation of a friend and we were thrilled. I particularly appreciated the proposals that were different from the usual burgers with "unlikely" combinations. In particular I tried: “Detto Fatto”, really tasty. Will come back to try the others too. In total for two burgers, chips, two beers and a beer misu: €52.

He's not called Master Brewer for nothing... ;)
Excellent choice of beers, the place is not very large so if you want to have an (excellent) dinner it is best to book.

We came to town for one night and decided on the advice of a local friend to have dinner in this pub.
Very nice and professional owner (you can see he knows what he's talking about and is passionate about it).

Locale in piena città vecchia, il posto molto caratteristico, il titolare super gentile e sempre sorridente, ti fa sentire a tuo agio
I panini sono ottimi, come le patatine, scelta di birre veramente importante! Prezzi nella media, ci tornerô sicuramente per assaggiare qualcos altro, offrono anche cose diverse da panini!

Avevamo letto delle ottime recensioni e non possiamo che confermarle. Locale in centro, accogliente. Proprietario molto gentile e sorridente, ci ha messo subito a nostro agio.
Ottimo il panino con l’ hamburger, strepitose le patatine, di qualità le birre. Consigliato
