In reality, having been to Rome several times, I liked seeing a neighborhood outside the classic historic centre. I thought of Testaccio thanks to chef Ruben and I must say that I liked it a lot. We got a burger at Cabullo because there was room to sit (unlike other places which were full), very good burger. I would add that the girl's smile and welcome helped make the lunch even more pleasant. In the area, I recommend a visit to the slaughterhouse and also to the non-Catholic cemetery, perhaps little known but worth it

Typical Roman culinary experience. In the various stands there is a wide choice of first courses, hand-made pasta served at the moment (delicious), second courses, seasonal vegetables and fruit. Seating and live music on weekends.
