Came to Testaccio Market upon recommendation by a local guide - best pizza tasted at Casa Manco. The flavours were just amazing! I will rbr this as one of my best meals in Rome.

If you have time, it's worth a visit to see the nearby pyramids. It is indoors, and like a food court, you can buy food and gather in one place to eat. You can see various local markets. Pizza House No. 22-- This place is famous for selling pizza cut into pieces as desired. In the front, a musician plays the guitar.

The lasagna is very good and the leather products are very pretty. Clean bathrooms and very friendly people. The tables to sit at and eat were very dirty, when people left they left their remains on the table and then the pigeons came to stand on the table.

Closes early. Went around 2pm and a lot of stalls were closed. Price range for food of open stalls was reasonable.

Ci ho mangiato a pranzo al Mercato Testaccio di Roma; primi davvero squisiti, pasta fatta in casa, pesce freschissimo e un'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo; ci tornerò sicuramente!

20/05/2025: Super tasty, we took tuna and bass fish in tomato sauce, we have not eaten anything tastier. I advise everyone to try it. Very pleasant service.

29/04/2025: Very small and narrow place, wood oven. All good dishes, from fried foods to pizzas I didn't have first courses but they looked good and plentiful In the end we spent a few euros less than average, which was definitely appreciated
