Mastiff In Parma

A good burger, which is not a given in Europe. Good atmosphere. A great, simple choice.

Their burger buns are killer. Tasty and gigantic, simply amazing. I especially recommend the number VI, with their house sauce!

I wouldn't want to be in the employees' shoes. The owner was know-it-all, presumptuous, and rude to the bartender, who, on the contrary, remained polite and probably mortified towards the owner.

I visited the Mastiff Pub in Parma for a casual dinner with friends, and we all opted for the classic trio: burger, beer, and fries...all decent. The service was quick and the staff friendly. Average value for money.

Evening aperitif in Parma's historic center at this venue, which also offers outdoor seating. Service is rather slow, the cocktails are passable but nothing special, and the aperitif is served with a measly bowl of chips and two mini bruschettas. Definitely not a place I'd recommend for an aperitif.

We came here by chance, inspired by the lovely evening and the crowd that filled the place. The waiters were all kind, the service was fast, and the beer was excellent. Inside, the place doesn’t have AC, but it was pleasant enough to sit outside. Unfortunately, though, it wasn’t the best experience with the owner. He kept making inappropriate comments about every woman and treated his staff quite badly. The short-haired girl bartender was incredibly fast and multitasking like a pro, and the long haired guy was really friendly and easygoing. Great job, guys!
