I'll start by saying that I've lived in Emilia-Romagna for over 40 years. I've eaten a lot of piadinas, so I can boast a good understanding of their organoleptic characteristics. I didn't expect to taste such a good piadina in Lanciano. I was pleasantly surprised by both the quality of the ingredients used in the filling and the care taken in its preparation and presentation. I highly recommend this place!
