Chef Max Poggi's cuisine is a pinnacle of gastronomy, the dishes are all made with extreme care and are extraordinarily good. The place is sober and elegant, the staff is formal, kind, efficient but rightly discreet, it is a place where nothing is missing but there is nothing too much. The wine list is very well stocked and contains non-trivial labels together with some classics so you are spoiled for choice, the possible choice by the glass guarantees the right wine for all courses. Top choice, the 8-course tasting costs 85 euros (as written on their website) and is the one I recommend to fully enjoy the imagination and mastery of the chef. Large reserved parking in front of the restaurant.

26/02/2025: Very good prices, large portions. The tartar wasn't the best I've tried, but everything else was amazing, also great desserts. I really liked the chairs, tables and ambience. Kind of slow service, although very friendly.
