Neat location, convenient parking, warm welcome. Intriguing menus with apparently simple dishes with high quality raw materials worked in a sublime way. Attentive, courteous and fast staff. Notes for improvement: tables a little small and possibility of measured wines by the glass.

We were here in 4, Friday 20/6. We tried the seafood menu with 4 courses, accompanied by 2 bottles of wine. The atmosphere in the garden is very soft and welcoming, brings the staff closer. Friendly staff. I won't reveal anything else because it is more correct to try these places personally.

Arriving at Serra Sole and immediately feeling at home was a very pleasant sensation! Something that reminds me of the first time at Battirame, one of the many projects carried out by Max Poggi. In fact, Max explains to us that Serra Sole is a very similar project and while I listen to him I photograph with my eyes what I see and what he is explaining.
The tables enchant me, the open kitchen a very happy choice as much as particular, the 2 tasting menus that tickle the curiosity of the palate and various other senses.
Once is not enough, I will return and return, even if only to take more decent photos than these attached, the place and the experience absolutely deserve it! Highly recommended!

Serra Sole was born in the spaces of the former Max Poggi Cucina, in collaboration with the Eta Beta cooperative. The garden has been redesigned and is now more welcoming and beautiful. The menu features simple but not banal dishes, some presented in a non-traditional and very fun way. You can also choose two different tasting menus, both to try, without the need for the same menu to be served to the whole table.
Impeccable service in the dining room.
Overall, not only did we enjoy delicious dishes, yet another testimony to Max Poggi's creativity, but we really enjoyed ourselves.

Chef Max Poggi's cuisine is a pinnacle of gastronomy, the dishes are all made with extreme care and are extraordinarily good. The place is sober and elegant, the staff is formal, kind, efficient but rightly discreet, it is a place where nothing is missing but there is nothing too much.
The wine list is very well stocked and contains non-trivial labels together with some classics so you are spoiled for choice, the possible choice by the glass guarantees the right wine for all courses.
Top choice, the 8-course tasting costs 85 euros (as written on their website) and is the one I recommend to fully enjoy the imagination and mastery of the chef.
