Today, November 30th, we spent half a day at the masseria. We had a delightful lunch, aperitif with prosecco, and various excellently prepared appetizers, creatively combining typical local ingredients like zucca pazza (crazy squash), eggplant, and zucchini. Chef Francesco highlighted each vegetable, bringing out its flavor. Congratulations. A truly unique place.

A special Ferragosto holiday in a carefully curated and authentic masseria, where every dish is prepared with love. Rich yet balanced appetizers, original and well-executed first courses, tender and flavorful meats. Delicious yet delicate desserts. The staff is extremely friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and relaxing, amidst olive trees and the silence of Puglia. The price is fair for the quality. We'd go back tomorrow.

28/10/2025: What can I say? Exceptional! Go there even if you have to travel a bit. It's worth it. Tobia is friendly and very good at making focaccia and panzerotti. You'll be spoiled for choice. And everything is great! Affordable prices.
