A special thanks goes to Mr. Nicola, very helpful, friendly and professional, who explained to us with great passion all the dishes he brought us, from the appetizer to the first courses and the second courses. The Capoliscio masseria is a family-run farmhouse that offers typical local dishes of excellent quality. Attentive and scrupulous staff. The last stretch of road to reach the place is quite uncomfortable.

Mi marido y yo tuvimos la oportunidad de cenar aquí con un grupo de tour culinario de 19 personas. El servicio, la comida y el ambiente eran excelentes. Los propietarios son una familia y hacen que todos se sientan como si fueran parte de su familia. Cada plato sale con una explicación detallada de lo que es y cómo se hizo. Todos los ingredientes son frescos y deliciosos. era comida más que suficiente de lo que uno podría querer. Uno se pregunta cómo se puede encontrar este lugar ya que está en la parte superior de un camino rural muy empinado y estrecho. Llegar allí, por supuesto, fue parte de la experiencia de hacerlo tan mágico. Animo encarecidamente a todos a probar este lugar, si están en esta área. Le daría una crítica de 5 + estrellas en todos los aspectos.

La Masseria Capoliscio è un posto magico, dove l'improbabile diventa gustosa realtà. I prodotti sono genuini, a KM -1 più che zero, ricchi di sapore e gustosi oltre ogni dire. I piatti sono come una poesia recitata in dialetto, carichi di storia, passione, inventiva. Di ogni portata viene offerta l'etimologia, il racconto delle origini perse, ma non dimenticate, nel tempo. La cortesia del proprietario e della sua famiglia dovrebbe essere canore di riferimento per tutti i ristoranti d'Italia. La Masseria Capoliscio offre senza dubbio alcuno il miglior rapporto qualità/presso di tutto l'Alto Ionio, sia perché la qualità è infinita, sia perché i prezzi sono moderati. Fantastiche le marmellate prodotto in loco, soprattutto abbinante a ricotte e formaggi proposti. Lo stufato è un'esperienza mistica. Insomma, TOP DI GAMMA: fortemente raccomandato per chi sceglie di mangiare nella Contea Ionica e vuole fare un'esperienza culinaria inenarrabile per qualità e gusto.
