Marzapane In Roma

Actually our best experience with specialty coffee shop in Rome. Very friendly stuff, their system makes sense, sitting on the first floor was comfortable, big and clean toilletes and especially, really great coffee! They offer La Cabra and italian roastery Nudo. Waitress recommended exactly the taste we were looking for. We also ordered avocado toast for us and our daughter, the bread was a little bit harder to bite into, but it was because of its consistency, on the other hand there was plenty of avocado mixture and perfectly prepared scrambled eggs. Desserts also looked great.

High quality. Anyone who criticizes the place for 30-cent oversights deserves to be denied internet access. One time they didn't have change and I had no cards, so they offered me breakfast, and I'm not a regular customer. They were very kind. ❤️

The staff at the entrance were incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The brunch was truly delicious, with carefully crafted dishes and well-balanced flavors. The quality of the ingredients is simply out of this world—you can feel the attention to every detail. A truly positive experience, definitely worth repeating!

Delicious! Don't read anyone who nitpicks, because the omelette was gourmet! From sweet to savory, everything was pleasant and tasty. Excellent service, smiles, and kindness are hallmarks of this place.

The place is cute, and the quality of the food is good. It's quite expensive, but I'm not surprised considering the location. I did find it very unpleasant, however, that they rush you to get up and vacate your table as soon as you're finished. Honestly, if I pay €15 for breakfast, I'd at least like to sit and chat. But that's the price you pay these days with places that are circulating on Instagram, promoted by influencers.

I ordered a croissant with custard and a cappuccino, even though the selection was so extensive that I couldn't decide. The puff pastry was incredible and the cream was delicious. The coffee was also clearly excellent.

Seven of us went yesterday at 2:00 PM with a reservation. We were generally satisfied with the food (some dishes were better than others, as is the case everywhere, but overall, everything was fine). We were less than pleased with the service: many dishes and coffees weren't available when we arrived. We asked if we could order dessert to finish our meal, and the waitress confirmed it was no problem. When we ordered, we ordered three portions of the only three desserts left, including a blueberry tart. We waited 15 minutes and, since we hadn't been served yet, remembered our request. A waiter informed us that there was a problem with the elevator and that our dessert would arrive soon. We noticed that the adjacent tables were still being served. He came back to us five minutes later, telling us that the waitress had made a mistake and two of the portions we'd ordered were no longer available. We settled for what was delivered. One of the waitresses tried to make amends with the children with us by offering them two cookies, but I read from other reviews that it's common practice to neglect customers. A shame because it ruined the overall experience.
