My company provided me with a trip to Laa Vegas, and I stayed at the MGM Grand Hotel.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The online check-in was easy.
Overall, I had a good time and will be back.

I am a Vegas regular (50+ times in the last 7 years) and come from a five star resort experience in my work history. Safe to say, I have high standards and the MGM is the place I stay. Great restaurants, fun casino, amazing shows, but the most important thing to me is service, that is what the MGM offers that the rest does not, customer service and a true hospitality experience. Thank you Ashura for staying true to my expectations. I had a less than ideal experience (which I must emphasize, is never an issue with the MGM properties) and I was immediately taken care of with five star service. Ashura is the single reason for my loyalty and dedication to MGM properties! A distraction completely out of their control occurred, and it was immediately corrected and made right. Thank you Ashura for giving us the birthday experience we were looking for, seriously this wouldn’t have happened with out you!!!
MGM is great and their concierge Ashura (I assume is their lead) was able to provide a service and personality to heighten our experience and add extra value to our stay. You are the best and so is MGM. Thank you Ashura for making our stay!

Stayed at the MGM Grand during a 3 day convention in Las Vegas. Service staff is top notch. Easy check in and check out. Great location in the hart of it all. Rooms, spa, fitness center, and conference center was all first rate. Lots of restaurant choices in the hotel and a ton more within walking distance. Of course it is Vagas so it ain't cheap!!

On the tram. Reasonable casino and good restaurants. Stayed in the studio Tower and room was missing some obvious amenities (night light in bathroom, reading lights by the bed, coffee maker) but was otherwise comfortable.

Was going to stay here with my family but an emergency came up and had to cancel. Did get a chance to see The KA show and it was amazing! We almost didn't though do to the reservation staff saying they set things up for us and that they spoke with the box office and everything was good. Turns out nothing was done and even after double checking with reservations who still didn't put us through to the box office and yet said they handled it all and took payment. The box office explained this happe s all the time and they would help fix things which when they did speak with the supervisor they made mistake after mistake every time it was fixed. We were finally given tickets and got in to the show as the last guests even after showing up and hour and 20 minutes prior. After all that they handed us a few free buffet tickets and said goodbye .

Always a great time. Once you get the hang of where everything is your in business. If you definitely want housekeeping make sure you don't have the do not disturb sign on your door at all. They check very early and even if you remove by like 9 it's too late and you'll have to call for housekeeping. Resort fee is pretty high but doable. Staff are always helpful.
