Marmo In Roma

The open-air interior is quiet and welcoming, but it could use a refresh as it's currently in a bit of a mess. The place is in a transition period and, no longer able to host events due to bureaucratic obstacles, it needs to decide whether to transform itself into a full-fledged restaurant. At the moment, it seems like the upgrade isn't in the cards... and I'll explain my impressions: we went on one of these scorching evenings, but the cozy interior space lacked any cooling, and we were told there was no indoor service. We had previously checked the menu online, but the actual selection was limited. Furthermore, when we asked for the first courses we'd ordered 40 minutes earlier, we were told they'd allow 15 minutes for cooking... embarrassing. Come on, guys, the potential is there!
