Let me start by saying that the quality of the pastries is very good, but the problem for me with this place is the non-existent organization.
There is a queue even if there are only 5 people at the cash register.
Those who order pastries have to wait in line at the checkout which is often full of people who are 90% drinking coffee and croissants, instead of being able to look at them, order them and then pay for them at the same time, like in any pastry shop.
When I asked, I was told the number of pastries I wanted, but I had to look at them and in reality it would be by weight...this is a reason that unfortunately doesn't make me return!

I love this place, but the space is really small! There is also no table service because unfortunately it is difficult to move and it would be helpful! Everything delicious!!!

I congratulate you on the best Lactose-Free Panettone that I have eaten for the past 13 years since I am seriously lactose intolerant.
It was really liked and was also preferred by those who could have eaten other artisanal panettone available.
I hope they continue to produce them and I will be a regular customer (I also tried an extraordinary vegan chocolate and caramel sweet at their pastry shop)

Wonderful selection of pastries and desserts at a fair price. Best pastry I have had in Milano. I will definitely stop by whenever I’m in the neighborhood.

The sweet breakfast with small delights including cito, tiramisu and cheese cake top!
Service a little confusing....
Position at the tables a little too crowded....in a small and crowded environment.
For a quick coffee you can adapt, the place is nice and the desserts are really excellent.
It was more beautiful when you could see the laboratory... Now the wall rightly houses the panettone

Everything was delicious, the management of the tables was too chaotic. After almost half an hour in line, you risk having to eat outside. Which is fine in the summer, but a little less with zero degrees. Given the excellent quality of the food, perhaps it would be worth expanding or better organizing the restaurant inside. Maybe with suspended counters.
