16/06/2025: A small place with about twenty seats and access through a door where you have to ring the bell. It is run by some very friendly young Roman guys. The place, although very small, is clean and has a refined menu. We ate tonnarelli with courgettes and bacon and they were so good that I felt obliged to compliment them. The prices are very reasonable and tempting. Recommended
15/06/2025: A must-visit place when staying in Rome
A secret store where you have to ring the doorbell to get in
But waiting in line is useless
I was in Rome for a few weeks, and the unfriendly, but not rude, unfriendly, and ambiguous rudeness made me want to avoid going to stores,
But here, they are really friendly
Both a man and a woman. They are both attentive, wipe the table thoroughly after the customer leaves, try to explain the menu, smile, and are very polite
Sourdough topped with ham and mozzarella cheese for the appetizer
Zucchini pasta for the main course (from the special menu)
Tiramisu for the dessert
Appetizer. This is probably the most delicious food I've had in Rome
I think the biggest thing is that it's not salty, and I thought it was fresh mozzarella, but it was ripe cheese
Thanks to that, the rich and soft cheese and ham...it was good
The pasta has a mysterious taste
It's not that it's not tasty, but the subtle sweetness from the vegetables, the richness of the pistachios, and the greasiness of the cream (not that greasy, just a little bit when you take the last bite) mix together to make it feel soft in the mouth. It's a taste that's hard to resist
It seems like I can only eat it here
The most unexpected thing was the tiramisu
I was going to eat the pistachio cheesecake, but I changed my route
I think I did a good job
The cream is yellow, it seems like they mixed it with custard
Whether you scoop the cream with a spoon or a spoon, there are bubbles, which means it's been whipped for a long time. The longer you whip the cream, the smoother and tastier it becomes without any stickiness in your mouth (if you whip it too much, it will separate, so you have to be careful about the point)
Only the bottom of the finger cookie is soaked in coffee, the rest is all cream, but it seems like there is too much cream,
but it is so delicious that it is actually good
All the tiramisu in Rome are not soaking the finger cookies, but soaking them, so they are sticky, but this one is also sticky
The ratio of cream is high, so the stickiness is perceived as soft bread
It is really delicious
They are kind, delicious, and I felt good
Don't get sick and prosper
P.s. They say the orange juice is 100 percent orange
It's almost as sour as lemon juice, and it tastes like orange at the end. If you can't handle sour things, choose something else.
