The place is small, the service is very fast, clean, kind at the counter, the characteristic of the place is that all the dishes already cooked can be viewed before ordering... you practically eat with your eyes... very low prices... trattoria from other times...recommended if you want to eat well without pomp

10/08/2024: We found this place on our way down from Etna. This was a local gem - atmosphere, service and food were amazing. This was best lunch we had while in Sicily.
04/08/2024: I've known this place my whole life and it never once disappoints me! The food is good, simple and fresh, the owner is always kind and polite, the environment is familiar and comfortable. We will return a thousand and a thousand times!

Bar Forzisi

20/08/2024: Family-run pastry bar. A little outside the centre, which is why it is also frequented by locals. Best granitas and almond paste I've ever eaten, and I've been to Sicily 4 times. I returned after a few years and the quality remained excellent. Sometimes ancient tastes without trying all the costs for sometimes curious combinations. It's fine for there to be innovation and contamination but it's equally fine for something to remain original. The latter is our case.
16/08/2024: Recommended for those who love real Sicilian granita and hot table arancini, crushed etc etc
